By using SquishyStar, you agree to these terms.

1. What this is

SquishyStar provides collector research, valuations, and a community space for squishy collectors. Valuations are informational estimates based on available research and market comparables — they are not a formal appraisal, and are not financial, insurance, or legal advice.

2. Your content

When you submit photos, stories, or other content, you retain ownership, and grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the site (publicly, for content you submit for public sections; privately, for valuation requests) and in related promotional material. You’re responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

3. Payments

The Founding Valuation is a paid product. [Placeholder — Andrew to confirm actual refund/delivery terms once payments go live; do not publish this section as-is without that input.]

4. Not allowed

• Content that infringes someone else’s rights (e.g. posting photos you don’t have rights to)
• Spam, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the exchange/marketplace features
• Impersonation of other collectors, vendors, or organizations

5. Moderation

Public submissions are reviewed before appearing and may be removed at our discretion if they violate these terms.

6. No warranty

Valuations and research are provided “as is,” based on available information at the time. We don’t guarantee a valuation reflects an eventual sale price.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
